Historic District Properties

Phase 3 of North Calvert Green will include more homes in the Old Goucher College Historic District. These homes will be located on the 2000 block of North Calvert Street and the 2200 block of Guilford Avenue. To enhance their historic character, the renovation of these attractive buildings will satisfy the requirements of the Baltimore City Commission for Historic and Architectural Preservation and are positioned to qualify for the CHAP Historic Tax Credit.
