The North Calvert Green Development Team has extensive experience critical areas of development required for the project: and implementation of affordable housing programs in collaboration with residents and local government; complex rehabilitation and affordable housing preservation in occupied properties; historic preservation; environmentally sensitive, green rehabilitation practices; and intricate financing that combines equity and debt from public and private sources.
The Developer, Telesis Corporation plans, finances and builds housing and livable neighborhoods. Founded in 1985, Telesis has planned or structured a complex mix of over $2.8 billion in public and private financing for the development and planning of neighborhoods and more than 17,000 residential units. We focus on large-scale neighborhood redevelopment with a mix of uses including rental, homeownership, commercial, and community facilities.

The project architect, Marks, Thomas Architects is a 40-year-old firm with a diverse design background and a solid reputation for planning and crafting well-designed, highly functional buildings which are appropriate to their sites and successfully meet the owners' and users' varied needs. The firm has received numerous design awards for office buildings, condominiums, large-scale continuing care retirement communities and commercial and recreational projects.
The contractor, Southway Builders, was founded in 1991 by current president, Paul Littman, Jr. Southway has substantial experience working with public, private and non-profit clients and is a diversified contractor active in multifamily housing, new construction and substantial rehabilitation. Southway has also won numerous Baltimore Heritage Historical Preservation Awards.
The sales effort is lead by Avendui Lacovara of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services and the Homesale Family of Companies, the leading real estate company serving the Baltimore, Maryland metropolitan area and South Central and Southeastern PA.
